The name your organization needs is probably taken. We acquire it for you.
YourNames is a brokerage for high-value ENS names. We identify current owners, open negotiations discreetly, and close through neutral escrow — so your team never has to touch a marketplace, a wallet, or a public bid.
- No upfront fees — 5% only on a closed acquisition
- Confidential from first contact (NDA built in)
- Closing through neutral escrow
From inquiry to on-chain transfer, without exposure.
- 01
Inquiry
Tell us the name — or the strategy — you're pursuing. The form takes two minutes, binds both sides to confidentiality, and costs nothing.
- 02
Confidential consultation
We come back within one business day with an assessment: comparable sales, owner profile, realistic price band, and a recommended approach.
- 03
Owner outreach & negotiation
We approach the current owner without revealing who you are. Buyer identity stays shielded until you decide otherwise.
- 04
Escrow closing
Funds sit with a neutral escrow provider; the name transfers on-chain; escrow releases payment. Our 5% success fee settles at closing — and only then.
Brokerage and advisory, not a marketplace.
Every engagement is handled personally. No listings to browse, no bidding wars to enter — a mandate, an approach, and a closing.
Named acquisition
You know exactly which name you need. We locate the owner, negotiate under a shielded identity, and structure the closing.
Defensive portfolio
Variations, misspellings, and adjacent names that protect a brand. We map the landscape and acquire in a coordinated sweep so prices don't move against you.
Strategic guidance
Not sure what to hold? We advise on naming strategy for products, subsidiaries, and treasury identity — grounded in real sales data, not hype.
Registration & custody setup
For unregistered names: registration, resolver and record configuration, renewal policy, and transfer into your custody arrangement.
5% success fee. Nothing before closing.
No retainers, no consultation charges, no minimums. Our fee is 5% of the gross purchase price, due only on a successful closing, meaning the ENS name transferred on-chain to your wallet and the seller's payment confirmed through escrow. If a deal doesn't close, you owe nothing.
The fee covers owner identification and outreach, negotiation, deal structuring, and closing coordination. Full definitions — including the anti-circumvention clause — are in our Terms of Service.
How closings settle
Buyer and seller agree on a settlement venue deal by deal. In every case, funds release only after the on-chain transfer is confirmed — and we never take custody of your funds or assets.
- GrailsETH & USDC
ENS-native marketplace settlement. Our default recommendation — it supports both major settlement currencies and private, name-specific deals.
OpenSeaETH only
The most widely recognized NFT venue. Settles in ETH exclusively — a good fit when the counterparty already trades there.
Escrow.comIf both parties agreeLicensed third-party escrow with dispute resolution; accommodates fiat alongside crypto. Used only when buyer and seller both opt for it — typically on the largest engagements.

Every closing ends the same way: the ENS name transfers on-chain to a wallet you control.
