Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data YourNames ("we", "us") collects through https://yournames.io, why, and what we do with it. The short version: the only personal data we collect is what you type into the inquiry form, we use it solely to respond to you and facilitate potential ENS acquisitions, and we don't sell it or use it for advertising.
1. What we collect
- Inquiry form data.Name, company/organization, work email, optional phone number, what you're looking for, optional budget notes, and your message.
- Search queries. Name lookups run in your browser against public Ethereum RPC endpoints and the Grails public market API. We do not receive or store your searches on any server of ours.
- No accounts, no wallets, no tracking. The Site has no login, never asks you to connect a wallet, and sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
2. How we use it
We use inquiry data to respond to you, advise you, and facilitate potential ENS acquisitions — nothing else. Everything you submit is also covered by our Confidentiality / NDA Agreement. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
3. Processors we rely on
- Web3Forms delivers your form submission to our inbox (their privacy policy).
- Vercel hosts the Site and, like any host, processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to serve and secure it.
- Our email providerstores the correspondence once we're in contact.
Your browser also talks directly to public Ethereum RPC endpoints, the Grails API, and Coinbase's public price API to power the search — those requests go from your device to those services and are governed by their terms.
4. Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to document the agreement recorded at submission (including for the anti-circumvention period in the Terms of Service), then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time, unless we need to retain it for a legal obligation or an active engagement.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing, by emailing hector.morel809@gmail.com. We respond within thirty (30) days.
6. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means the updated policy applies.
